2.1. To use the Service, you must complete the registration process and create an account, providing accurate and up-to-date information.

3. Use of the Service

3.1. MirrorMind provides the User with access to information and consultations on astrology, psychology, numerology, and other practices.
3.2. The use of the Service is allowed for personal purposes only. Any commercial use without the Service’s permission is prohibited.
3.3. It is prohibited to post offensive, false, or illegal content, as well as engage in any activity that violates the rights of other Users or third parties.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1. The MirrorMind Service offers three types of subscriptions: free, basic, and premium. Each subscription includes a different range of services, as detailed on the website.
4.2. Subscription payments are processed through the Stripe system. Once the payment is confirmed, the subscription is activated automatically.
4.3. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds are provided for already paid periods.

5. Liability of the Parties

5.1. The Service provides information and consultations based on astrological, psychological, and other methods but does not take responsibility for the accuracy or interpretation of this data.
5.2. We are not responsible for any technical failures, service interruptions, or data loss caused by circumstances beyond our control.
5.3. The User is fully responsible for their actions within the use of the Service and for all data provided through their account.

6. Changes to the Terms

6.1. We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via the Service.
6.2. Continuing to use the Service after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Privacy

7.1. All personal data provided by Users is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7.2. The use of the Service also implies consent to the processing of data specified in the Privacy Policy.

8. Termination of Use

8.1. We reserve the right to block or delete a User’s account without prior notice in case of violation of these Terms or applicable law.
8.2. The User may delete their account at any time via account settings or by contacting customer support.

9.1. All materials on the Service (texts, images, logos, designs, etc.) are the property of MirrorMind or third parties and are protected by copyright.
9.2. Copying, distribution, or other use of the Service’s materials without written permission from MirrorMind is prohibited.

10. Other Provisions

10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where the Service is registered.
10.2. All disputes arising in connection with the use of the Service will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
